All Wahl items carry a 30 Day over the counter exchange due to Manufacture defects. Items within this 30-day period can be returned to Wahl Canada with an authorized
RA number for exchange.
After 30 days from the purchase date the item should be sent to Wahl Canada or an Authorized Service Center to be repaired or replaced by the client.(contact Wahl Canada @ 1-866-787-9245 ext 612)
The decision to repair or replace is based on models and at the discretion of Wahl Canada or the Authorized Service Center.
Proof of purchase must be included with all warranty claims.

Dyson Professional Warranty Process Overview:
1. Customer contacts Dyson directly with all enquiries
2. Dyson works directly with customers to provide a resolution - i.e replacement units, technology upgrade, means of recycling defective unit.

- Address
- Purchase location (where product was purchased from?)
- Purchase date
- Summary of issue (include photos/videos if available)
- Dyson model number / name
- Serial number of defective unit (s)
To ensure Dyson can troubleshoot and resolve a customer's issue properly, Maritime Beauty is unable to accept exchange requests or returns of Dyson products. Only a Dyson authorized agent can approve a replacement / exchange of a defective unit.

Customer pays for shipping and handling, to and from Kasho’s service centre, but the parts, labour and sharpening service are free!
There is only one authorized KASHO service centre in Canada.

Sharpening your shears at any other location will void your warranty!
If you are having any problems at all, or just need your shears sharpened, simply place your shears in a padded envelope, and ship by any means which can be tracked, and insured, for your protection against loss. Ship to Kasho’s service centre address above. Kasho guarantees 100% customer satisfaction!

Your shear will be evaluated by our shear experts, and then repaired or replaced as needed.
If at anytime, your Panther Shear needs service or sharpening, you may send it to the service centre listed above, OR simply have any local sharpener you TRUST, do the work. There is no “free” sharpening with Panther under warranty. It is up to you to service your shear as needed.

Oster
Oster Professional Warranty Policy:
- All clippers and trimmers come with a one year limited warranty (one year limited warranty covers clippers against defects in material and workmanship. Please refer to the instruction manual for detailed information)
- Clippers are classified in two categories: Repairable (Classic 76 Clipper, Fast Feed,
T-Finisher) and non-repairable (Artisan and O-Baby Mini Trimmer). - Blades are not covered under warranty , unless defective out of the box
Repairable Clipper Process:
- Defective, repairable clippers/trimmers within the first 30 days of purchase qualify for an over the counter replacement
- After 30 days, the clipper/trimmer is to be sent to an Oster Authorized Service Centre (ASC) for assessment and repair within the first year from date of purchase by the consumer
- The ASC will either repair and return unit or deem it un-repairable
- If product is unable to be repaired, the ASC will replace the unit.
- As the distributor, if you choose to replace the unit for your customer outside of the above guidelines, you will not be entitled to an RA (return authorization) unless confirmed by your Sales Representative beforehand. The unit will still need to be repaired and will be sent back to you in working condition
- If you are ever uncertain of how to proceed with a specific concern, please contact your Sales Representative before making a decision
Non Repairable Process:
- None repairable clippers under warranty will be replaced within one (1) year of purchase date. Please communicate these requests in the same manner as you would with all other RA’s, to Shirley and Hailey. Product may be required to be returned for QA inspection. Please do not destroy without approval
