CND Shellac Epic Smoothing Base 12.5ml is the 2-in-1 base and smoothing layer at the centre of the relaunched CND Shellac system. It primes, smooths and extends the wear of CND Shellac up to 21 days, and it is the base CND recommends to reach the 21-day, fade-resistant, no-damage standard. Where the original base coat is a thin foundation, CND Shellac Epic Smoothing Base is full-bodied, laying down a canvas up to 10x thicker to fill ridges and surface imperfections before colour goes on.

Grip-Canvas technology drives the adhesion, and Glide-Off Removal is the payoff: no filing, no buffing, just an ultra-fast release with no nail damage when used as directed. The formula is vegan, shatterproof, and formulated without HEMA.

How to Use

Gently roll the bottle between your palms to blend. Apply a layer of CND Shellac Epic Smoothing Base to clean, manicured nails, building a slight apex and other structural points of strength where needed. Cure in a CND lamp, then follow with your Shellac colour coats and a Shellac top coat. Cure times vary by lamp and product - follow the directions supplied with your CND lamp and with each bottle.
