How To Use Redken Flash Lift Power 9 Bonder Inside:

• To Prepare: Mix in a variable ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 for optimal consistency for a variety of applications.
• Wear suitable disposable gloves.
• Mix product in a well-ventilated area.
• Put the recommended amount of Flash Lift Power 9 lightener and chosen developer in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth consistency is achieved.
• To Apply: Do not let product run onto scalp.
• Do not use metallic tools (clips, comb, etc).
• Rinse hair well after development time.
