How To Use INOA Permanent Hair Color:

• Mix exclusively with INOA Oil Developer 10, 20, or 30 volume, for 1,2,or 3 levels of lift respectively.
• Mix in a 1:1 Ratio, whip until the texture is consistent and creamy
• Development time is 35 minutes, depending on the service provided  total service time may vary
