Three-in-one multi-purpose nail strengthener, is a base coat and top coat all in one high-performance product. This single high-performance product fills a multitude of nail care needs. Wear it alone to strengthen nails and provide a clean looking clear coat, or put over your favorite OPI Polish for a high gloss shine. As a base coat, it can be applied before nail lacquer to prevent staining and to strengthen the natural nail. Also provides a smooth base for the application of lacquer. As a top coat, it dries quickly to give a high gloss shine. As a nail strengthener, it helps to bond nail protein fibres, a process which hardens nails and prevents moisture loss. The result - stronger, more flexible nails.
