OPI Nail Lacquer Vampire State Building is a vampy blood-red, established in 2000 as part of OPI's New York City line-up and rarely seen since. OPI calls it the legend returning, back with a vengeance, and it arrives through the Most Requested collection - which is the only reason it is on shelf at all, since this is a shade collectors have spent years chasing on the resale market at several times its original price. The red is darkened rather than bright, which is what gives it the edge the name promises. It suits autumn and evening bookings. As a lacquer it air dries, with no curing lamp involved.

How to Use

1. Prep the natural nail first; lacquer holds on a clean surface and lifts off a dirty one.
2. Run one coat of OPI Natural Nail Base Coat over each nail.
3. Shake the bottle before use so the pigment mixes fully through and the colour goes down without streaks.
4. Take OPI Nail Lacquer Vampire State Building over each nail in two thin coats - two thin passes will always beat one thick one on a shade this dark.
5. Walk the brush along the free edge of each nail to cap it and help prevent chipping.
6. Set it under one coat of OPI Top Coat, capping the free edge once more.
7. Drop one bead of OPI DripDry Lacquer Drying Drops onto each nail to be dry to the touch in minutes.
