CND Shellac Gel Polish Artisan Bazaar is a fresh, bright purple with a dash of blue in it, which CND says speaks to the free spirited. That blue lean is the detail worth knowing: it pulls the shade away from a red-based violet and towards the cooler, mosaic-tile end of purple, which is precisely the point in a collection built around the Mediterranean. Artisan Bazaar comes from Mediterranean Dream, CND's summer palette of turquoise waters, juicy lemons and luscious olives. It holds its brightness on both hands and toes. Applied as the Color Coat in the CND Shellac system, this is a professional summer statement shade.

How to Use

1. Shape the free edge with a 240 grit file, push back and lift away non-living cuticle tissue, then cleanse and temporarily dehydrate the nail plate with CND ScrubFresh on a plastic-backed, lint-free pad. The nail surface itself is not filed or buffed.
2. Roll CND Shellac Base Coat between your palms, apply one thin layer to the nail surface and extension edge, and cure for 10 seconds on preset button 1 in a CND LED Lamp. Leave the top film in place.
3. Shake CND Shellac Gel Polish Artisan Bazaar vigorously to blend, apply one thin layer to the surface and extension edge, and cure for one minute on preset button 2S. The first layer looks slightly semi-sheer.
4. Apply a second thin layer and cure for one minute on preset button 2S, which is where the purple reaches full brightness. Keep both layers thin, as colour applied too thickly can wrinkle during the cure.
5. Roll CND Shellac Top Coat between your palms, apply one thin layer to the surface and extension edge, and cure for one minute on preset button 3.
6. Wipe the top film with 99% isopropyl alcohol on a plastic-backed, lint-free pad to bring up the gloss. This step is not needed with No-Wipe+ Top Coat. Finish with CND SolarOil.
7. To remove, saturate a CND Foil Remover Wrap pad with CND Offly Fast Moisturizing Remover, wrap each finger and set the timer by the top coat used. Press, massage and twist the wrap away, then wipe residue with Offly Fast.
