CND Shellac Gel Polish Hot Or Knot 12.5ml

CND Shellac Gel Polish Hot or Knot is a bright, energetic red creme from the Nauti Nautical collection, CND's summer palette of rope-and-sailboat brights. It is a creamy red rather than a sheer one, so it covers across the two thin layers the Shellac system calls for, and it is loud enough to hold its own on a summer colour wall. Hot or Knot works on toes as readily as on hands, which is what earns it a slot right through the season. Applied as the Color Coat in the CND Shellac system, it is a professional summer red.

How to Use

1. Shape the free edge with a 240 grit file, push back and lift away non-living cuticle tissue, then cleanse and temporarily dehydrate the nail plate with CND ScrubFresh on a plastic-backed, lint-free pad. The nail surface is not filed or buffed.
2. Roll CND Shellac Base Coat between your palms, apply one thin layer to the nail surface and extension edge, and cure for 10 seconds on preset button 1 in a CND LED Lamp. Leave the top film.
3. Shake CND Shellac Gel Polish Hot or Knot vigorously to blend, apply one thin layer to the surface and extension edge, and cure for one minute on preset button 2S. The first layer reads slightly semi-sheer.
4. Apply a second thin layer and cure for one minute on preset button 2S. Keep the layers thin, as colour applied too thickly can wrinkle during the cure.
5. Roll CND Shellac Top Coat between your palms, apply one thin layer to the surface and extension edge, and cure for one minute on preset button 3.
6. Wipe the top film with 99% isopropyl alcohol on a plastic-backed, lint-free pad to reveal the gloss. No-Wipe+ Top Coat does not need this step. Finish with CND SolarOil.
7. To remove, saturate a CND Foil Remover Wrap pad with CND Offly Fast Moisturizing Remover, wrap each finger and set a timer to match the top coat used. Press, massage and twist the wrap away, then wipe residue with Offly Fast.
