CND Shellac Gel Polish Jellied 12.5ml

CND Shellac Gel Polish Jellied is a cool, chalky yellow from the Chic Shock collection, CND's spring palette of vibrant pastels built entirely on opaque cremes with no shimmer. Jellied sits lighter and cooler than CND's warmer yellows, which is what makes it read as chalk rather than butter or gold: bright and loud on the nail without tipping over into neon. It is a dense, flat creme, so it also earns its keep as an opaque ground for neon nail art. As the colour step of the three-part CND Shellac system, this is a professional Color Coat for techs building out a spring and summer colour wall.

How to Use

1. Shape the free edge with a 240 grit file, push back and lift away non-living cuticle tissue, then cleanse and temporarily dehydrate the nail plate with CND ScrubFresh on a plastic-backed, lint-free pad. The surface of the natural nail is not filed or buffed.
2. Roll CND Shellac Base Coat between your palms, apply one thin layer to the nail surface and extension edge, and cure for 10 seconds on preset button 1 in a CND LED Lamp. Leave the top film in place.
3. Shake CND Shellac Gel Polish Jellied vigorously to blend. Apply one thin layer to the surface and extension edge and cure for one minute on preset button 2S. This first layer reads slightly semi-sheer.
4. Apply a second thin layer and cure again for one minute on preset button 2S. Keep both layers thin, as colour applied too thickly can wrinkle in the lamp.
5. Roll CND Shellac Top Coat between your palms, apply one thin layer to the surface and extension edge, and cure for one minute on preset button 3.
6. Wipe the top film with 99% isopropyl alcohol on a plastic-backed, lint-free pad to bring up the gloss. This step is not needed with No-Wipe+ Top Coat. Finish with CND SolarOil.
7. To remove, saturate the pad of a CND Foil Remover Wrap with CND Offly Fast Moisturizing Remover, wrap each finger and set a timer to match the top coat used. Press, massage and twist the wrap away, then wipe residue with Offly Fast.
