Pulp Riot Silversmith Hair Color 4oz

Pulp Riot Silversmith Semi-Permanent Hair Color is a lustrous pastel, light silver with a distinct, cool blue undertone. It is one of two shades in the Pulp Riot Precious Metals collection, made for stylists and colour clients who want a light, cool-toned silver. Pulp Riot recommends pre-lightening hair before applying for more vibrant results, and Silversmith can be used on its own or mixed with other Pulp Riot semi shades for customization.

This is a direct dye, so it is ready to use straight from the tube with no developer and no mixing. Pulp Riot semis feature Anti-Overworking Technology: as the colour is worked into the strands it will not turn white, so the section can be worked until it is evenly saturated. True tone fade means the colour fades on tone with every wash rather than drifting off shade.

How to Use

Do not use developer. Wearing gloves, apply Pulp Riot Silversmith to clean, dry hair and saturate using a colour brush, taking care to avoid contact with skin to prevent staining. For more vibrant results, pre-lighten hair before applying. Process for 25 to 40 minutes, then rinse well into a non-porous sink or basin until the water is clear of colour. Pulp Riot finishes its own Precious Metals looks with a cool-water rinse until the water runs clear, with no shampoo at that stage.

Note that the Precious Metals shades are infused with lustrous pearl pigments, and Pulp Riot states that this pigment is purely for aesthetics in the bowl: it does not penetrate the hair fibre, does not affect colour uptake, and rinses off with the first rinse.
