How to Use

3. Shake the bottle thoroughly before you start; mixing the pigment right through is what keeps the colour even and helps avoid streaking.
4. Build two thin coats of OPI Nail Lacquer Every Month is Oktoberfest across each nail.
5. Pull a little lacquer over the free edge of each nail to cap it and help prevent chipping.
6. Lock it in under one coat of OPI Top Coat, capping the free edge a second time.
7. A single drop of OPI DripDry Lacquer Drying Drops on each nail takes it to dry-to-the-touch in minutes.
